A Golfer's Getaway
The Iron Horse Golf Course's scenic 9 holes are located just across the street from the campground. Talk about convenient for those of you who couldn't imagine a getaway without golf! Our six tee design offers a forgiving or challenging round of golf, the perfect fit for golfers of any level. The fairways on the Iron Horse are generous and the greens are large to keep up pace of play. Walk the picturesque course or choose to rent a cart. Practice on the driving range and putting green to sharpen your skills before hitting the greens. You can visit our pro shop, too, for anything you need while at the Iron Horse. Top your day off by relaxing in the rustic-inspired lounge after your game.
This pleasurable course, surrounded by beautiful forest, tall grasses and charming views, guarantees you an enjoyable day of golfing. In it's rural setting, the Iron Horse offers comfortable and relaxed golfing for everyone. Lessons are also available upon reservation.
I stayed at one of the A-Frame cabins at the RR and had a great time. I also enjoyed golf lessons from Steve the teaching pro at the Iron Horse Golf Club which is located at the RR. Thanks for a great time RR!
