The "A" Frame Chalets are totally private, and they set high above the beautiful Flat River.  The Chalet's are located approximately a 5 minute walk to the swimming pool, and the main barn that includes the snack bar with Ice Cream, Pro-shop, and adult Lounge.

The Chalets have a small kitchen with cooking utensils and table service for eight persons.  A four place cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator.  A coffee maker and microwave are also included.

The Chalet is rustic, there are no televisions or radios provided, and there is no air-conditioner, so you may want to bring a fan.  Waking up to the sounds of the numerous birds in the trees that surround you is very relaxing.    When vacationing in a rural natural setting you will see wildlife such as whitetail deer, raccoons, squirrels, and many more critters as you share their habitat.    Enjoy nature and the quiet surroundings while you are staying at the Ranch.

Outside the Chalet is a deck overlooking the river, a picnic table, grill, and a fire ring for campfires. Because of our location which is mostly away from city lights, stargazing is very popular as the sky  just opens up on a clear night.

    Iron Horse Golf

The Golf Course has six different tee box placements to fit all golfer ability levels of play. The goal is to allow every player, when playing from the correct tee box for their ability, to play par golf. The course is 3,365 yards from the longest blue tees for 9 holes.

A beautiful driving range provides a place to warm up before your game.  This is also a place for the non-golfer to get the feeling of hitting a long drive.  It's a good place to start if undecided on your ability to play the game of golf.

This course is forgiving with wide fairways, with no water hazards on course.  Large Greens allow for a better target and provide an excellent putting surface as well.

Frequently one of the several Bald Eagles that live in the Flat River Valley Area will hunt the river for food.  These Big Birds are exciting to watch,  there are also several large Hawks that nest here and hunt the fields at the ranch.
